I enjoyed covering you a long, long time ago. I was always a bit confused while doing it, because you weren’t charismatic, didn’t have a huge ego and did a lot of work on African issues. Unusual.
…..a show you realize is GREAT but hadn’t seen a lot of before! “Batman: The Brave and The Bold” (which ended last fall after 65 eps) is FUN, FUN, FUN! (And the more you know about superhero cartoons and comics, the funnier they are! For example, this clip (a pre-opening teaser) makes fun of ’60s cartoon dialogue, when characters kept using each other’s names repeatedly in conversation, kept narrating their actions and naming items, etc. clearly seen on-screen! LOL! 🙂 I love how “B:TBATB” almost always opens with this James Bond-style teaser, featuring a climax from another adventure.) I’m so glad most—if not all—of these eps are online! I’m clearly not gonna stop until I watch all of ’em that are around!
And CONGRATS to the brother who was in charge of this one!
I guess this scene picks up right where the post-credits “epilogue” scene of “Captain America” left off……
I hope Samuel L. Jackson is thinking here, “I am giving this white boy some serious 21st century flavor,” and not, “Wasn’t I once a serious actor back in the 1990s, and why did I have to be in the ‘Star Wars’ films that sucked?!?” LOL! 🙂
